I have been sitting on the sidelines for a while watching what goes on in your area and I feel sorry for you. You have been terrorized by this person you call a "Jihadist" for way too long. I don't have a problem with him saying what he thinks about others. Freedom of Speech, right? But you all have the same rights! I don't know how much money he has and don't care.
